Growing up can be hard work! Sometimes our children are happy and having fun, and at other times our children are sad or angry, and sometimes we don't even know why.

 

Sometimes it is easier to focus on what goes wrong in your life or what we are not good at. But by focusing on those things it makes you feel like you aren’t good enough, or that you don't have enough, or that only bad things happen to you.

 

You can feel stressed and unhappy, even though there are lots of positive things in your life. BUT did you know that you can rewire your brain to focus on the good things more! 

 

You can learn to think more clearly, and feel happier, and more content, more often. One of the absolute best ways to do this is by practising gratitude. 

List all the things you are grateful for.

 

* I am grateful for the daily care and commitment of our staff.

* I am grateful for the daily motivation and success of our children.

 

* I am grateful for a loving family and warm home to go to at the end of a rewarding day.
