Teaching & Learning

What makes you who you are is a combination of what you do, how you think, how you treat people, what you look like, how you dress and how you express yourself.

Who you are on the inside is much more important than how you look on the outside.

You may feel that you have flaws, but you are exactly the person you are supposed to be, facing exactly the challenges you are supposed to face.

Being Active

The most important thing is to be true to yourself, live your life well and look after the body that houses the person you are.

Looking after your body is a huge part of our learning focus. Being active will help us feel better, give us more energy and even boost our brain power.

Our Senior children love being active ... and so do our Junior children
