Junior Sports

On Thursday 17th October ten students from years 7 & 8 represented Shepparton High School in a volleyball tournament held at the Shepparton Sports Stadium. The girls instantly gelled as a team communicating and showing great teamwork throughout the day.

They were placed in the second division and played a total of four pool matches, scoring wins over McGuire Secondary College, Cobram Secondary College and Notre Dame College, as well as a draw with Wanganui Park Secondary College. This hot form put the team at the top of Pool B and into a Grand Final against the winners of Pool A, Notre Dame College. Unfortunately Shepparton High School went down in a very close contest losing the best of three contest 20-21 and 18-21.
