Would you like your story featured on the ABC? Takeover Melbourne Competition is back and we are calling for high school students from across Melbourne to share their stories. 

Winners will get the opportunity to work with ABC producers and have their stories broadcasted on tv, radio or online.

 

Your story must be a true story about you and/or your community. It might be a personal story about an aspect of your life; a challenge that you've overcome; something you'd like to change about your community; or simply an important moment in your life.

Dear Satellite Supporter

 

We have exciting news to share: Satellite is holding its first-ever Satellite Slam and we would love you to join us!

 

Satellite Slam is the coming together of the core elements that make up Satellite Foundation and the opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our small but growing organisation and the young people within our fold.

 

The Slam will shine a light on the strength of peer connection and the power of sharing of experiences together in a unique celebration of creativity. Expect to get a taste of some of the awesome activities on offer in our programs while enjoying spoken word poetry, book readings, music and song, a photography exhibition and more. Mocktails and light refreshments provided!
