New Bus Service 

The new School Special bus service for The Lakes South Morang College will commence on Monday 12 July 2021.

This service will support students travelling from the school’s catchment area east of Plenty Road, providing one trip in the morning from Plenty Road and Stagecoach Boulevard and a return trip in the afternoon.

Attached is the full route map and timetable, the new service will commence on the first day of term 3.

Book Club

Thanks to those who have put in Book Club orders for Issue 4. I have placed that order today. 

If you were wanting to put an order in, but missed out on getting it back in on time because of lockdown, I will be accepting orders via LOOP or to the office by Tuesday, June 15th at the latest. However, please be aware that these orders may not get to school until the start of Term 3.

Can I also please ask that any orders coming in are done on the order form at the back of the catalogue and please ensure ALL details are filled in correctly. I have had some orders come back with no name or class on them so I won’t know who to give them to when they arrive at school.

Coding

This term students across the Primary Campus have had the opportunity to explore the wonderful world of coding. Through collaboration and teamwork students have used coding to create characters and games, solve problems, move robots and explore online safety. It has been fantastic to see students try something new and learn from one another. Well done Lakers!!
