RULES FOR SELECTIONS

  • English and Maths run for a full year.
  • You will do a total of 10 subjects for the year, unless you are in a VCE or VET class then you will do 9 subjects.
  • You must select at least one science subject.
  • There must be a minimum of 2 yearly subjects (ie. Science + one other)
  • If you choose a Semester based subject, you must pair it with another Semester based subject.
  • If you choose any Yearly subject you must pair it with another Yearly subject.
  • Only students who are recommended for a VCE or VET class by their teacher, based on their results, will be accepted into these programs.

NB.

  • SUBJECTS MAY NOT RUN IF THERE ARE INSUFFICIENT NUMBERS OF STUDENTS WHO SELECT A PARTICULAR SUBJECT IN A BLOCK
  • Students who wish to undertake LOTE subjects can do so via the Vic School Of Languages (VSL).
