Prep Enrolments 2024

If you have a child starting Prep next year, or if you have friends, relatives or neighbours who have not yet enrolled their Prep child for 2024, please encourage them do so as soon as possible. 

If the child has a sibling who is already attending Berwick Chase PS please phone the office and request an enrolment form to be sent home with them. Alternatively, you are welcome to come and pick up an enrolment form from the office (Office hours 8.30-4.15pm).

We require a copy of the child's Birth and Immunisation Certificates along with the completed enrolment form. 

For any new families to the school we also require proof of address.
