Principals Report

I am thrilled to share some heartwarming news with you all.

Our school is bursting with pride as we welcome a group of exceptional new students who arrived in Australia with little to no English proficiency. Within a remarkably short period, they have not only adapted beautifully but have also astounded us all with their rapid language acquisition.

This success story would not have been possible without the unwavering support and dedication of our English as a Second Language coordinator, Mrs. Duncan, who has been instrumental in providing the necessary resources and guidance.

Equally deserving of gratitude are our passionate classroom teachers, whose commitment and patience have played a crucial role in facilitating our students' remarkable progress.

I would also like to extend a special mention to the Chaser Students who have demonstrated genuine care, kindness, and inclusivity towards their new classmates. Their support has undoubtedly contributed to our school's culture of acceptance and respect, making it a place where every student feels valued and welcomed.

As a school community, let us celebrate this achievement and cherish the diversity that enriches our learning environment. Together, we will continue to foster a spirit of unity and understanding, creating a nurturing space for all students to thrive.

Warm regards,

Chris Short
