Annual AMEB (WA) Awards

Trinity College Performing Arts are proud to congratulate Gabriel Sceresini (7.7) for receiving the Christopher Latham Memorial Award for Most Outstanding Performance in Grade 5 Violin at the 2022 Annual AMEB (WA) Awards held at the University of Western Australia on March 26, 2023.

The Quarry Concert

On Sunday night, the Trinity Performing Arts Department held their annual Trinity at the Quarry Concert, showcasing our senior ensembles.

The audience was treated to a wide range of performances from the combined forces of the Trinity/Mercedes music department including the Combined Chorale to Wind Orchestra, String Orchestra, Brass Ensemble, as well as various chamber groups, choirs, the Pipes and Drums, Swing Band I and the Joes Rock Band. The audience were very fortunate to witness the debut dance performance from Trilogy and combined music pieces with Mercedes College.

Congratulations to the staff and students involved, whose performances demonstrated their passion and dedication to their art form. A special thanks goes to the Performing Arts team, FOPA and to the amazing parents for all their support and commitment to the Performing Arts.

The Plot, Like Gravy, Thickens

Ever want to commit a murder? Walter, the playwright's alter ego in this madcap mystery, demonstrates just how to do someone in, in your imagination of course! After introducing the audience to tyrannical millionaire Edward Worthington's relatives, business associates and household staff, most of whom have reason to wish the man dead Walter exits, only to reappear in a tuxedo as Worthington.

Reminiscent of Agatha Christie with Great storm effects, spiffy costumes, audience interaction and lots of fun, The Plot, Like Gravy, Thickens invites you to come and ask the question… whodunit?

Featuring performances by students from Trinity College, Sacred Heart College, Kennedy Baptist College, Newman College, Churchlands Senior High School, and Kalamunda Senior High School.

Tickets are officially on sale for our ‘Senior School Drama Production’ for the 4 - 5 of May. Tickets are $10.00 and can be purchased via the link below.
