Principal Report

Hi to all in the Edenhope College learning community. I’m not currently at work due to my mother passing, but will be back at the start of week 5. I’d like to express thanks to all staff at Edenhope College who have stepped up and helped during this trying time.

Today what I have for you is a link to Edenhope College’s 2021 Annual Report. It lists our performance within our school and against the state average. We have some areas we are concentrating on this year such as building whole school reading comprehension. There are other areas that point out how we are travelling on our current school goals and most of these are moving in a positive direction. The most pleasing aspect of the report is that student, parent and staff data has moved significantly in a positive direction. Students are more engaged at school and there is clearer communication home to families which in turn helps support your child’s learning. We want to continue building student agency and communication with our schools learning environment!
