Mothers' Day Stall
Students had an exiting time picking out presents for their mum/carers at the Clovelly Park Mothers' Day Stall. Thanks to all the volunteers, students and staff who helped to make this day so special!
We also held a Mother's Day Raffle with four prizes to be won. The winners were Rylan, Mark, Fayrouz and Iris.
Wet, cold weather reminder
As the weather gets colder and wet weather becomes more frequent, we ask that families please keep a spare set of school clothes, including pants in their child's bag. We have already had multiple incidents where children have been playing at break times and their clothes have become wet from puddles and wet play equipment. Unfortunately the front office does not have enough spares in a variety of sizes to accommodate the provision of spare clothes for weather related incidents. Please ensure your child has a change of clothes during Autumn and Winter.
Drop off times for students
Please be aware that students are able to access the school grounds from 8:30am. If you need care for your children prior to 8:30am, you need to book them into our OSHC service for Before School Care. Before School Care operates from 7am - 8:30am. All enrolments and bookings are made through the Fully Booked program. Please contact our OSHC Director on 0418 585 142 for information or inquiries.
Please be aware that there is no yard supervision before 8.30am.
Lost Property
We are currently inundated with lost property items. Please have a look at the lost property items in the office and claim any items that belong to your child or children asap.
Dental for Schools
The Dental Van is onsite this week between Monday 5th - Thursday 8th June caring for your children if booked in.

Music during break times!
A few students danced to their favourite songs on the radio during last week's break times. Many other students joined in with various dance steps resulting in a great deal of fun!
Finance Matters
2023 Materials & Services Charge
The 2023 Materials and Services Charges (school fees) are overdue. Please make payment promptly. Section 129 of the Education and Children’s Services Act 2019 allows Governing Councils to legally recover outstanding Materials and Services charges.
Payments can be made at the school office or over the telephone. For families preferring to enter into a payment arrangement or for a direct payment into the school bank account, please contact Cathy at the school office on 8276 5366.
For the second year, South Australian families with children attending public schools will receive a $100 discount per student on their annual materials and services charge. You will not need to do anything to claim the discount as it will automatically be issued by the school.
The discount does not apply to school card families as they are not required to pay the materials and services charge.
If you are eligible for school card assistance you can still apply online at: sa.gov.au/education/schoolcard or complete an application form at the school office
Please note: a new school card application is required each year.
