SCHOOL SPORTS DAY
ATHLETICS DAY TIMETABLE 2022
All students to wear their sports uniform.
8:50am – Students go to classrooms as normal and Rolls are marked.
9:15am – Students assemble under the shade sail in class lines.
School Grounds - Prep - Yr 3 Olympic Oval Reserve - Yr 4 - Yr 6
9:25am – Begin moving to the first event.
9:30am – 1st Rotations begin
10:30 - 10:40 - Eating Time
10:40 - 11:20 Morning Tea – Volunteers morning tea in the hall.
11:20am – Music, bell and students reassemble under the shade sail.
11:30am – Students move off to the next set of sport rotations.
11:40am – Students begin their second set of rotations.
12:40pm – 12:50 Eating Time
12:50pm - 1:30pm – Lunch time play.
1:27pm – Music and Bell – Students reassemble under the shade sail.
Olympic Oval Reserve - whole school
1:40pm – Sprint Heats Begin – Students are to stay with their class.
2:30pm – Sprint Finals – Awards will be given and announced after each race.
3:10pm – Races Finish – Return to the classroom for the end of the day.
Could all volunteers please sign in at the office before heading out to assist.
Parents are welcome to attend and cheer on the students.
