Year 5 & 6 Camp Notes & Deposits

At this stage we would encourage families to return the Expression of Interest forms and pay the deposit for the Year 5 & 6 camps. If by chance the camps are cancelled all deposits will be credited/refunded to your family account.

Year 6 to Year 7 Transition Information Pack 2020

Last week the following link:

was emailed to all Year 6 student families.

This link opens to the Year 6 to Year 7 Transition Information Pack 2020 for Year 6 students applying to attend Secondary School in 2021.

This Information Pack includes an application form, which needs to be completed and returned to the school office by Friday 29 May. You can print a hard copy and return to the office or email the completed form to miners.rest.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au If you choose to email the form but are unable to sign the it, you should clearly indicate in the return email that you authorise the Application Form without a signature. Please let us know if you need to have hard copy printed at the office.

CSEF

Families who hold a current, valid Health Care Card will be eligible to apply for the Camps, Sports & Excursion (CSEF) Allowance of $125 per student. If you applied for CSEF in 2019 you do NOT need to complete an application form in 2020 unless there has been a change in your family circumstances (ie Foundation Student). Please contact the Office to collect an application form which needs to be completed and returned together with a copy of your Health Care Card (we can copy it in the office).

Family Details

Can all families please let the office know as soon as possible if you have had any changes to family details such as new student medical conditions, address, phone number, email, work location etc. Thank you
