And it what seems like the blink of an eye, the season has come to an end!
The 2020 season, whilst short in time, offered the chance for the boys to play some basketball with their mates and pull on the Bumblebee strip for a limited number of matches. Most of our year levels will get to play again next year in what will hopefully be a full season of basketball in Term 3.
There is one group of players that I would like to make particular mention of and this is our Open year level.
To our 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th players I would like to say a big thank you for playing basketball this year. Hopefully, you all enjoyed playing the handful of matches and I wish you all well in your future basketball endeavours.
I would like to especially thank the parents who did all the drop-offs, the spectating and the scoring duties for all of our teams this year.
I look forward to a return to a full season of basketball in 2021.
