PCC Community Fun Day ~ Saturday 21st of March                                     10am - 4pm

We don't have long to wait, until our first PCC Community Fun Day!  Our event will include a range of stalls, activities, community groups, entertainment, food vendors and rides.

Our ride wristbands have been on sale since the end of last year, at the early bird price of $30 each.  The sale will end on the 17th of February, so get in quick!  After this time the price will be $35 each until the 20/3, and they will be sold for $40 on the day.  Purchasing a wristband will allow for unlimited access to the rides for the whole event.  Individual ride tickets will be $8-$10 each, so it is great value to buy a wristband.  To order your wristbands, please follow this link - https://www.trybooking.com/BHEWU

Family engagement at our Community Fun Day!

We value the support of our families, and encourage you to be involved on the day to help make the event successful for our school!  If you can spare an hour or two on the day to help on a stall, or even at the end of the day to assist with packing up, it would be greatly appreciated!

All volunteers will require a valid Working with Children's Check, and they will need to carry it with them on the day. The check is free as a volunteer! You can apply by following this link -https://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/individuals/applicants/how-to-apply#Complete_online_application

If you would like assistance applying for a Working with Children's Check, or you would like to add your name as a volunteer to help on the day, please contact Rebecca Thornton at rebeccathornton@pcc.vic.edu.au

Donations Requested

We are currently collecting donations of the following items for some of our stalls.

- cans of food such as soup, spaghetti, fruit, vegetables etc. for our '$1 can stall'

- second hand books

- coloured hairspray

- wrapped chocolates and lollies for the 'Chocolate Toss Game'

Please take all donations to our office. Thank you for your support!

Community Group & Market Stall Holder Sites Available!

Limited spaces are still available for local community groups and market stall holders to participate in our event!

Please note that stall sites for not-for-profit community groups are free, and give you an opportunity to showcase what your group offers to not only our families, but also the wider community. Please share this information with any clubs or groups you are involved in!

All stall sites will be outside so you will require a marquee with weights. We will also require a copy of your Public Liability Insurance.
