Playgroup families got to participate in Week 5 Book Week Parade, which was a real highlight! While not too many could attend due to bad weather, those who came had a great time seeing all of the big kids' costumes and showing off their own.

Children also had a great week developing their fine motor skills through cutting and building, as well as expressing their creativity through painting and playing music! With the nicer weather settling in, we are looking forward to more time outside to explore messy and nature play.

Please note that Playgroup will finish at the end of Week 8 this term.

Our Thursday English class is also in full swing this term with a focus on expanding everyday vocabulary. This week, we have the Department of Human Services running their second workshop, My Child and Me. Everyone is welcome!

The St Brigid's Bonanza is a new initiative this term! There's lots of fresh breads, rolls and pastries, as well as brand new goods that you can grab for FREE! Every Thursday afternoon between 3:15 and 3:45, you can find us in the carpark at the back of the school (50 Le Hunte Street, Kilburn).

Yours in Love, Peace and Learning
