Interschool Sport 

Year 11/12 Sport

It was an interschool sport bonanza at the start of term 2 for the year 11/12s, with six different sport options within the first eight days of term. On Friday April 29, we had teams competing at four different events - football, basketball, soccer and badminton. It was a big logistical effort with so many different training sessions and events so early in the term, and the students need to be commended for their efforts at each.

On Thursday May 5, netball and table tennis were the two sporting options. Netball was played locally in Thornbury at the very impressive new stadium - Narrandjeri Stadium.

Special mention to the year 11/12 boys football team who won their event on the day. The team has now progressed to the regional finals which are scheduled for Tuesday June 21.
