GRAEME HILDEBRAND AWARD

The 2020 Graeme Hildebrand Award for an outstanding Year 10 student was awarded to Sophia Lee. Congratulations to Sophia for demonstrating significant learner qualities including persistence, hard work, resilience and teamwork in the Visual Arts.

Thank you to the proud students for producing, and openly exhibiting their work. This exhibition is a powerful reminder to nourish their creativity and individual stories.

Our students’ artistic strengths are nurtured by the exceptional Visual Arts and Technology teachers at our school. We thank them for their tireless efforts in adjusting the curriculum and making creative work come alive during remote and face to face teaching and learning.

A huge thank you goes out to Wendy Wang our Visual Arts Prefect, and to our House Captains Maya Garrett, Kiana Bongers and Jayde Reynolds for their positive contributions to our faculty throughout the year.

Finally, we would like to express our appreciation to our students, families and the wider school community for their continued support. We look forward to reconnecting again in 2021, when we celebrate yet another exhibition.
