Please note the School Board have approved the following changes for OSHC - Before School Care:
Before School Care is now currently open from 6.30am to assist families.
Before School Care charges will increase from $10 to $14 effective 24th July 2023. This will incorporate breakfast if required.
The Vacation Care program for the July 2023 school holidays is available on the School website, from OSHC or the Front Office.
All OSHC and Vacation Care bookings and cancellations need to be made via FullyBooked.

Please ensure you cancel within the cancellation policy guidelines to avoid full fees being charged for non-attendance per the OSHC handbook.
**Important changes have been made for 2023 to fees, billing and cancellation timelines - please ensure you read the 2023 OSHC handbook for further information. (Emailed to OSHC families and hard copies available from OSHC or the Front Office.)
Families will be asked to nominate a bank account or credit card to have regular weekly deductions made for their OSHC invoices through Ezidebit, which is linked to their Fully Booked account. These deduction amounts will be advised each Monday and deducted each Thursday. (7 day account) Please note a $9.90 rejected payment fee is charged to families each time payments are rejected. Ezidebit will try to deduct fees on the Thursday, if rejected, they will try again every 2 days until fees are paid. (As advised on Fully Booked conditions of use, agreed to on account set up).
If you are having difficulty paying, please speak to the OSHC Director or Bursar prior to Monday each week when the billing is run.

PRIVATE MUSIC TUITION

ABSENTEE INFORMATION
Dear parents/caregivers, you are reminded to ring the school/leave a message or Seesaw the teacher if your child is not attending on the day, with their class and reason for non-attendance. Please do this before 9.00a.m. Thank you for your support in this matter.

LABELLING
Please check and ensure that your child's jumper/jacket, hat, drink bottle and small plastic containers are labelled so that they can be returned to them.

TERM 2 - STUDENTS ARE TO BE WEARING THE WINTER UNIFORM
Please ensure that your child is wearing black laced up leather type shoes with their everyday uniform.
Sneakers are not to be worn for everyday uniform and only to be worn with sport uniform.
St Gabriel's School has a no hat no play policy in Terms 1 and Term 4. The easiest way for students to adhere to this policy and enjoy break times is to keep their hat in their bag.
Please purchase all uniform from the school only.
Currently uniforms can be purchased by ordering through the Qkr! app with payment or making an appointment with office staff.
If you would like to assist in our uniform shop and hold a current Catholic Volunteers' Clearance, please see our office staff.
Payment is to be made at the front office or “online” by using the Qkr! App. Uniforms purchased will be sent home via your child. Please keep the tags on if you wish to exchange items.

CLEARVIEW SNACK BAR LUNCH MENU - Updated
Lunches can be ordered by using the Qkr! app - see below or purchasing paper bags and writing your child's name, class and order on the bag with money enclosed. These can be left at the office or given to your child's class teacher.
- Did you know that cashless payments can be made using the Qkr! App (links to your credit card) for lunch orders (entered by 9am on the day (can be entered days/weeks/months in advance)), but is also available for School uniforms, School and OSHC fees, Community Group events and special events. Instructions are below, or assistance is available from the front office.
