Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF) 2023

 

CSEF payments to schools are received in bulk batches and have now begun for 2023. Eligible families will receive $225 per student, paid into their family account at Ballarat High School, which can then be allocated to school charges, according to the policy and parent preferences. 

 

Parents/students holding a means-tested concession card valid on Monday 30th January 2023 or Monday 24th April 2023 may be eligible. Foster parents, Veterans Affairs Gold Card holders and students with a Youth Allowance card, may also be eligible.

 

Please note:  Payments do not cease at age 16, but continue whilst the student is attending secondary school i.e. Years 7-12.

 

The BHS CSEF Application Form 2023 and BHS CSEF Parent Request Form 2023 are available now at the General Office and School website:

Completed forms, with a copy of your Centrelink Card, should be submitted to the General Office. Please submit a new application each school year, to ensure details are current.
