Grade 5/6 Basketball Tournament
On Friday the 26th of August 18 students from grades 5/6 represented Moonee Ponds West in a Basketball Tournament. There was a girls and boys team who versed other schools in the District. It was amazing to see both teams trying their very best. Both teams played tremendously well and showed amazing sportsmanship to the teams they versed. It was great to see both teams work so well as a team and show great communication.
Congratulations to the boys team who were undefeated on the day and won the grand finale in a very exciting game. They will progress to the next round- Division Summer Championships. Well done to all students who participated on the day.
Kind regards,
Miranda (PE Teacher)
