Camps/Sports/Excursions Fund (CSEF) - Extended to 13 August 2021

CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps, and sporting activities. The allowance of $225 is assessed and paid to the school on a yearly basis and is dependent on eligibility. Please note that the cut-off date for 2021 applications has now been extended to 13 August 2021 (eligible by 12 July 2021).

If you are new to the College or are recently new to receiving a Health Care Card or similar, please contact the school office to obtain a CSEF application form or download one from: https://www.education.vic.gov.au/Documents/about/programs/health/CSEF_application_form.pdf

Please be aware that you are able to use the ‘Use CSEF’ function for paying and consenting to Events in Compass.

2021 Instrumental Music Program

The Heathmont College Instrumental Music Program is going from strength to strength! Thank you to everyone who has already paid their child’s full yearly charge of $200.

A friendly reminder to families that the Program is an opt-in, extra-curricular program provided by the College and as such, attracts a compulsory fee. Please ensure that this has now been fully paid.

2021 Central Australia Tour

Due to ongoing uncertainty related to COVID-19 border closures and interstate travel, as well as concerns for both staff and student wellbeing, School Council made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 Central Australia tour. The majority of families have now received their refund of monies paid. An email was sent via Compass late last term. If you did not receive this correspondence, please email the College: heathmont.co@education.vic.gov.au and mark attention: Finance Department, with the following details:
