First 2021 School Vaccination Clinic: 11 February

NSW Health offers a school based immunisation program for students in Year 7 and Year 10. These students have been provided with information packs with forms from NSW Health.

Year 7 will receive immunisation against HPV (Human Papillomavirus), and  Diptheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (whooping cough) dTpa.  This involves two visits to the school: Thursday 11 February and Thursday 7 October.

Year 10 students will be immunised against Meningococcal ACWY on the same day, Thursday 11 February.

More information about the school vaccinations is available in the information packs.

Please return forms as soon as possible to the appropriately marked box in the Secondary Staffroom foyer.  If you do not wish your child to participate in this program, do not return the consent cards to school. Instead, please notify the school of your preference by phone or email.

COVID-19 Test Register Form

It is important that we continue to be vigilant in ensuring that staff and students do not attend school or work if they are unwell.  Please note the following:

  • Students absent or sent home due to flu-like symptoms need to be tested for COVID-19.
  • Staff and students must not return to school or work until they receive a negative COVID-19 result and are symptom-free.
  • Staff and students who have had a COVID-19 test must complete the COVID-19 Test Register before returning to school. This form will require you to upload a screenshot of the test results.
  • If the student or staff member is still displaying ongoing symptoms that are typical of a condition such as seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever), they can provide a medical certificate from their GP to continue to attend school.
