IMPORTANT REMINDER
Families are reminded that students should not be attending school if there are any symptoms of illness. At the first sign of COVID or flu like symptoms please get tested and remain isolated until results are received. If your child comes to school exhibiting symptoms of illness, you will be called and asked to pick them up.
2022 School Fees Update
Term 3 fee instalment of $426 was due on Friday 22 July 2022.
The Swimming Program Fee of $95 is also payable in Term 3, due Friday 23 September 2022.
Families are welcome to pay these 2 items together, totalling $521(for 1 child – add swimming fee of $95 for each additional child).
We understand large payment outlays can be difficult and prefer that our families manage fees due through regular payments. These can be made via:
- payment to the school bank account (details below)
- direct debit payment set up using our bank direct debit service

Medications Reminder
If your child/ren requires medication at school, please complete the attached Administration of Medication Guidelines document providing us with written permission to administer any medication ie: Eye drops, Antihistamine, Ventolin, Epipen etc.
We also require an up to date Action Plan every year from your doctor to accompany the medication if it is in relation to Asthma, Allergies, Anaphylaxis and Epilepsy.
Please provide the school with the item/s required as soon as possible at the start of the year, as it is of primary importance that we have up to date Action Plans/Medication in case of an emergency.

Parent Contact Details
Have your contact details changed?
If so, please log into the Community Portal and update your details or email the office via
admin@sjfootscray.catholic.edu.au so we can update our records. This includes changes to emergency contacts, additional numbers to call if needed and any changes to employment details.
