Year 7 Sports

On Thursday June 24th 60 Year 7 students competed in the Yarra Division Interschool Sports day. The sports included badminton, soccer, netball and football.

The effort and determination shown by our students is something they should all be proud of.

Netball girls A team came third and B team came fourth, football won 2 matches and soccer and badminton showed real improvement throughout the day. 

Special thanks to the staff who attended and the parent helpers on the day Kylie Del Marco, Matt Bryon and Scott Del Marco.

Hockey Championships

During the recent school holidays, Angelika, one of our Year 8 students, competed at the Junior State Championships for field hockey in Bendigo. Angelika was the team’s goalkeeper for The Eastern Hotshots. Her team placed 3rd overall. Congratulations Angelika.
