Congratulations to Antonio Magaraggia

On behalf of John XXIII College, the College’s ICT team would like to wish their long time comrade, Antonio, the best of luck in his recent employment as a “Cyber Defence Analyst” at Slipstream Cyber Security. Slipstream Cyber Security is a managed cyber-security service provider and security product development enterprise. Their 24/7 Cyber Security Operations Centre is based at Hay Street, Perth. Antonio will be based at this Operations Centre and will have his work cut out for him in keeping the land of cyber safe!

Antonio started at John XXIII College as a student in 2010 and graduated Year 12 in 2015. He continued his studies at Curtin University where he majored in Computer Science & Cyber Security. During his tertiary years, Antonio has worked with the College ICT Team as a casual, whereby his contribution, technical skillsets and work ethic have been exemplary!

We wish him all the best in his future endeavours and congratulate him on his recent professional appointment.

On the Wings of a Stove

The John XXIII Foundation and Alumni have been connecting with the members of the College community who were involved in creating and promoting a fabulous fundraising cookbook called ‘On the Wings of a Stove’ in the late 80’s.  We will be hosting an event in October for those who contributed in so many ways, and family members of those who contributed to this book.  There are still some people we have not been able to locate so if you or a family member contributed to the book, please get in touch with Kate Murphy on 0403 345 662 or Kate.Murphy1@cewa.edu.au or Anna Gingell on 0437 207 089 or Anna.Gingell@cewa.edu.au
