United Nations 101 for Girls Webinar Australia introduces girls ages 10 to 16 to the structure of the United Nations, its work and international policy. Students engage in group discussion of current events and geopolitical issues then propose a resolution to an issue of their choice.

The VCE Summer School (VCESS) is a two-week tutoring program that takes place in January and aims to help VCE students from a range of backgrounds gain a head start on their final years of secondary education. In January 2023, there will be two formats: in-person in Parkville, and a small online cohort for limited subjects.
The program has a particular focus on creating a healthy study-life balance and providing tutoring on a wide range of subjects. In fact, in several previous years we have had tutors for each and every VCE subject students have taken, no matter how small the subject may be.

ACMI | Make a Movie Workshop

In this hands-on and creative filmmaking workshop, your kids can learn the basics of producing, directing and acting in a short film.
Over two days, your kids will work together in small groups, under the guidance of experienced staff, to create a team name for their own movie studio, pitch their ideas, write a script outline, act, direct, and operate a camera.
After filming on location at ACMI and around Federation Square, the group will then cut the film together in our post-production studio, adding special effects and a soundtrack.
For ages 9-13.

Social Justice Beyond Secondary School

Join with other 16-21 year old school leavers for an action packed day filled with interactive activities, food, and friends. Through the See, Judge, Act method there will be opportunities to reflect on issues that matter to young people, what social justice is and how young people can be leaders in the actions for change.
Topics include:
- What does it look like to engage in social justice actions beyond school?
- What opportunities are available to volunteer?
- How do you take action on issues that matter?
- How can you lead social change actions?

EQUS Quantum Art Competition 2022
Quantum Art is back for another year, this time on the theme of Emergence.
We invite artists to explore the theme of Emergence through their medium of choice, and submit their art to the EQUS Quantum Art Competition.
The first place winner will receive a cash prize of $3,000, with additional prizes for second place and people’s choice.
Entries are open until 14 January 2023.
