New Arrangements for pick up and drop off due to Covid-19 concerns

1. No parents are allowed past the admin/front office building during school hours.
2. Parents of KG, Year 1 and 2 students, and their older siblings should be collected from the rear gate of the school. 
3. All other students should be collected from curb-side of the school parking 

Other reminders

• The entry gate to the school will open at 8:10 am every morning
• The speed zone in the parking area is 5 km/h, please slow down when picking up your children from the school. 
• COVID-19, there are a rise in cases in the ACT and we urge all parents to ensure that their children are practicing Covid-19 safe hygiene practices. If a teacher notices signs of Covid-19 symptoms, they will send the child to the front office where parents can pick them up.
• For early pick up & late drop off, please send an email to info@taqwschool.act.edu.au  
• All students should be at school on time and if any students are late They WILL be marked as absent.
• All parents with children using Chromebooks for school, please ensure that they are fully charged before coming to school. 
• All mobile phones should be handed in at the front office when school starts. Please make sure that they are charged as well.
