What is your role at Concord School?
Classroom teacher in UPE
Provide us with a ‘snapshot’ into your daily routine at Concord School:
On a Monday and Tuesday I work with the students in UPE. In UPE we spend the morning developing literacy skills and working together as a group and we develop our skills in range of other learning areas for the rest of the day. On a Wednesday I spend time working in UPB and UPF.
What do you love most about working at Concord School?
The thing that I love the most about Concord so far has been getting to know some many of the wonderful students and staff that work at the school. I can’t wait to meet Poppy!
Favourite Food: Pizza
Favourite Movie/TV Show: Friends and Grease
Favourite music: I don’t have a favourite type of music, I like bands and artists from all different genres.
Things I dislike the most: Birds, winter (especially this winter) and onion.
Hidden Talent or Something We May Not Know About You: I used to be a ballet teacher.
Favourite Sporting Team/Athlete: I am South African so my favourite sporting team is the Springboks (rugby) and I support Liverpool Football Team. I picked the Bulldogs for AFL because in Melbourne you need a team but I still have NO idea how footy works!!
If You Could Pick Any 3 People as Dinner Guests, Who Would They Be and Why?
Roald Dahl, he was my favourite author growing up and I still love his books today.
Olivia Newton-John, I love the movie Grease and when I was young I loved Sandy so much I even did my hair to look like her.
My best friend in South Africa, because I haven’t seen her in a long time because of Covid.

Uniform Shop
Concord School Uniform Shop will continue to operate throughout the term by appointment only if a fitting is required. We will continue taking orders via phone/email/hand delivered form.
All orders will be sent home with your child. If there are any issues with the order such as sizing, we will be happy to provide an exchange. Any exchanges must be made completed within 1 month of purchasing and proof of purchase must be shown.

For appointments you must show evidence of double vaccination when entering a school building and must check-in using the QR code.

How to enrol:
Visit TheirCare website: www.theircare.com.au and click on ‘Book Now’ in the top right hand corner to register your child’s details.
Service Phone Number: 0477 700 688. I will be available to answer the phone during session times.
Their Care support is available during office hours if required on 1300 072 410.
