Principal's Message

Dear Parents,

Our student leadership program has been developed and supported over many years and the model we use has been acknowledged and used by other schools around the world. Our student leaders are given roles of responsibility and it is always wonderful to see when they embrace their role and do more than was expected.

This week some of our Year 12 student leaders were presented with Prefect badges, as recognition of the contribution they have made in their position, and the support they have given the College and other students and staff. 

I commend them for this, as it's not always easy to balance their study, leadership, work and family commitments. 

For many of our Year 12s the year is racing by, and soon they will be choosing the path they want to take after they graduate. Whether they choose university, a trade or general employment, the leadership skills they're developing will help them in the future.
