Monday saw our Buddies meet again to learn about National Sorry Day. The 6's visited the Preps room and watched former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd speak in Parliament to give his speech. We talked about why it is important to say sorry to people that we have hurt and how it impacts not just them, but you as a person. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful group of students this year with Buddies! They work and get along fantastically!
Well done to all 5/6s who attended the Swimming Sports last week. As 5/6 teachers, we were so impressed by all of our students, who either swam, supported or helped teachers throughout the day. A big well done to those who competed their hearts out, who swam the multiple 50m events, competed in the teacher, family and student race! Well done to all leaders on the day, the day was a huge success with the help from you all. It was great to see a few Year 7's return from last year to compete also! Lastly, good luck to our swimmers who will be representing the school Friday at Division in Ballarat.
