Around Grade 3/4

We had a fabulous day last Friday with a special treat. The students were asked to wait for a secret red envelope. This generated lots of questions like, Where will we find the envelope? When will we see it? Will it be on the computer? What is in the red envelope?Eventually after posting the letters in Warrandyte and then having them travel via Timbuktu (well we think that is why it took so long) they arrived in the student's mailboxes. The envelopes contained an invitation to our Special Mad Hatter's Tea Party. 

In preparation the students made Hats to wear in Art and were asked to set up a special place and then each class had a Google Meet and shared our morning tea. Here are some pictures of the special event.
