Welcome Back!

Welcome Back to Term 3!

I would like to officially welcome our two new speech pathologists to the Jackson School Community: Briana who joins us full-time after working with a range of children in schools from clinical practice and Danielle will join us three days a week after working at Western Autistic School. We look forward to working with you both. We also welcome back Rachel Morton who will return to Jackson on a part-time basis this term.  

I hope you’ve all been able to take the time to turn off from work and enjoy the break. I have no doubt it has been another disrupted holiday for many with the border restrictions put in place over the last two weeks. Like many, our family Queensland trip had to be cancelled twice. It really highlights to me the level of abnormality and unexpectedness we are now living with every day. We are however in a fortunate position in Victoria compared to other states in Australia and I hope you have been able to maximise the freedom across the state with your families these holidays.

I hope that you all have a lovely end to your holidays this weekend and return refreshed ready to start a new term with our students and colleagues. I look forward to seeing you all on Monday.
