Term 1 Interschool Sports Review

Last term our Grade 5/6 students competed in our district’s interschool sports competition against other primary schools in our community. We had two hockey teams and two netball teams. Every team performed very well. We trained very hard during sports lessons and all students displayed a great amount of sportsmanship. The girls volleyball team finished third on the ladder, just missing out on the grand final. We are very proud of all of the Grade 5/6 students and are looking forward to the Term 2 competition which starts week one where we will be competing in netball and soccer. Go St. Gabriel’s!!
