SAKG

Volunteering is fun, rewarding, and a great way to meet new people while working with fantastic kids and cooking delicious food. If working directly with students isn’t your thing, that’s absolutely okay, we also have plenty of other roles available, including helping out in the garden.

We are also very grateful for any excess produce from your garden. If you have spare fruit, vegetables, or herbs, we’ll happily turn them into a recipe for the program. Produce can be dropped off at the school office or the SAKG kitchen.

Please enter the school through the front main gate on Grossmans Road, all other gates are locked.

All SAKG volunteers are required to have a Working With Children Check, and to complete the online parent helper’s session. Just go to Torquay College Website, scroll down to volunteers, or use this link https://forms.gle/tmvTFERgp41vTugAA

Lanyards will be supplied to all volunteers to wear whilst in the school grounds. Please call/text Terri if you can volunteer in the future – 0403938310 or email tresa.mintram@education.vic.gov.au

Thank you for supporting this amazing program — every little bit helps!
