Visual Art News

There's a wonderful buzz in the Art Room at the moment, filled with glorious 3D creations! Our Grade 5 students have been carefully crafting clay bells and more, while Grade 4A and 4G have been busy bringing clay cacti, glitter bugs, and plasticine creations to life. Along the way, students have been building important skills like joining, rolling, and pinching — all while having a wonderful time getting creative with their hands.

Meanwhile, our Grade 6 students have begun their Legacy Project — a special opportunity to reflect on their journey through primary school. Inspired by artist Takashi Murakami's bold, colourful style, students are creating artworks that capture their favourite memories and experiences before they move on to high school.
