Our Spotlight Winners for the Week - Playing by the Rules!
This week - Behaviour Spotlight
Our behaviour spotlight for this week is playing by the rules. At our school, this means working together to follow our shared guidelines, ensuring that our classrooms and playgrounds remain safe, fair, and fun for everyone. When we play by the rules, we show respect for our community and create an environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed and enjoy their learning journey. We appreciate your support in reinforcing these positive habits at home!
Billy was selected for the Player Development Program for the Ryde Hawks Baseball League. It’s a representative team of the most talented players across the league. He will get to participate in a number of tournaments this spring and summer as a part of this program.

Congratulations to our 10 team members - Noah L, Noah T, Beatrice, Emmeline, Alice, Ashlyn, Emma, Mika, Eleanor and Lucas on writing a 10 chapter book and illustrating it last Wednesday from 8am - 4pm.
The Parameters they had to write about were:
- Actor
- Choreographer
- Library
- Turtle
- Sail Away
Today, we celebrated Father's Day. It is a special day when we show our dads how much we love them and thank them for everything they do.
Today is the day that we set aside,
To thank you for being our mentor and guide.
For the times that you listened, the comfort you gave,
And for teaching us all how to stand and be brave.
Through every challenge and all of the fun,
You’ve always been there since our life had begun.
With a patient smile and a comforting hand,
You’re truly the best dad in the land.
You worked so hard to give us your best,
And make sure that our lives are happy and blessed.
The lessons you taught and the stories you told,
Are memories we treasure much more than gold.
So here is a toast to the man of the day,
More loved than our words could ever convey.
Happy Father’s Day, Dad, with all of our heart,
We are so grateful for the strength you impart.
