Dear Parents,
Father's Day Celebration
Our school community enjoyed a wonderful Father's Day celebration this morning. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed so beautifully to our Father's Day celebration. Special thanks to Mrs Stella for her thoughtful preparation of the liturgy, to our Year 3 and Year 1 students for their beautiful singing, and to Boris for his magnificent piano playing. We are also grateful to our Senior Leaders for their reverent and confident reading, and to our Kindergarten parents for all their hard work in preparing the scrumptious breakfast enjoyed by our community. Finally, thank you to Winson for his sincere and moving reflection on what it means to be a father. Your contributions helped make this celebration truly special and memorable for all.
Thank you also to all the fathers, grandfathers, and special father figures who joined their children for the celebration. It was heartwarming to see so many families sharing this special time together and creating lasting memories.
As we celebrate Father's Day, we recognise the important role fathers and father figures play in the lives of our children. We also take a moment to remember fathers who have passed away and keep them in our thoughts and prayers.
On behalf of our school community, I wish all fathers and father figures a very happy Father's Day. May you enjoy a relaxing day filled with love, appreciation, and time with family.
