Night of the Notables
Night of the Notables is an exciting learning experience where students explore the lives of influential individuals who have made a meaningful difference to humanity. Each student selects a notable person connected to their interests or a Learner Profile trait, then researches their life, challenges, achievements, and contributions to society. Students present their findings in a creative and engaging way as part of a display, and on the day, they come dressed as their chosen figure, ready to share their knowledge with our school community. Through this interactive experience, students develop a deep understanding of their notable person and confidently respond to questions, bringing history and achievement to life.
Night of the Notables was such a fun thing to experience, everyone was supporting others and telling them how great their stand was. I've been looking forward to Night of the Notables forever. I've looked at other stalls over the years, and I thought this was so amazing, but when it came to my time I thought I was going to be stressed but it was actually the best moment I've ever been through at school.

Night of the Notables was a very fun presentation and experience. My notable person was Rosa Parks, and I really enjoyed learning about such an important and influential person like her. I had such a great time presenting and showing my learning to all of my peers and teachers and I am very excited for my next project.

I had so much fun working on Night of the Notables! I got to learn about Maria Montessori, and I learned that she was an educator and was the founder of over 60,000 schools. I'm so glad that I got the privilege to learn about such an incredible and influential person. I can’t wait for our next big project!

On Wednesday the 13th the year six had Night of the Notables! It was an amazing experience for all the people that came including teachers and parents, the whole time all the kids were presenting and showing everyone their work. Everyone had a lot of fun presenting and had an amazing day.

My experience for Night of the Notables was very fun because we always had something to finish or start like a biography or timeline and also just putting in the effort to finish was just really fun. I had a lot of fun presenting my Night of the Notables and sharing with my school and family. Also, dressing up was really fun to do. My favourite part of night of the notables was making my artifacts because I could just use all my creativity and make some really cool things.
