SAPSASA Soccer Gala Day
On Wednesday, 10 June 2026, Clovelly Park Primary School proudly entered a team of 11 boys into the Participation Division at the Soccer Gala Day Carnival.
The team played against Forbes, Bellevue Heights and Westbourne Park, finishing the day with one impressive win, one draw and one loss. Their strong performances earned them a place in the finals, where they fought hard to achieve a draw against tough opposition.
Throughout the carnival, the boys displayed excellent teamwork, determination and respect. They encouraged one another, played fairly and represented Clovelly Park Primary School with pride both on and off the field.
A special thank you to the parents and families who attended and supported the team throughout the day. It was wonderful to see so many people cheering on our students.
Our team consisting of Veerinder, Jordan, Nathan, Paravbir, Kirat, Omar, Jerry, Mateo, Jasper, Eyosiyas and Yuvi, should be extremely proud of their efforts and the way they represented Clovelly Park Primary School. Well done boys, on a fantastic day of soccer and teamwork!
NAIDOC Week Gathering
A special thank you to Ms Angela and Mr Isaac for starting our special NAIDOC Week Gathering with a Smoking Ceremony and Welcome to Country in Kaurna language. Throughout the week, students also participated in a range of NAIDOC Week activities, including the discovery of new books, face painting and bracelet beading.
Lunchtime Activities
Many of our students are participating in the lunchtime activities of our Lego or Coding Club, where they connect with others, learn new skills and have lots of fun together! This week, our Coding Club students put their coding skills to the test by programming robots to compete in a 'tug o' war' challenge!
