Wet Weather & Change of Clothes

We have had a significant increase in students requiring changes of clothes, either from getting wet/muddy during play or from toileting accidents.  Can we please ask that parents pack a change of clothes in their child's school bag for such accidents.

School Crossing of the Year Awards

Dear Croydon Hills Primary School community,

I’m very pleased to share some wonderful news about Andrea Moran, who works at the crossing on Yarra Road near James Milne Drive, Croydon Hills. Andrea was recently named a finalist in the School Crossing of the Year Awards, which is a fantastic achievement and a true reflection of the care and dedication she brings to her role every day.

Although she did not take out the overall win, being recognised as a finalist is still an outstanding accomplishment and something she should be incredibly proud of. It is a lovely acknowledgement of the important work she does in helping to keep children, families, and the wider community safe each day.

Andrea is a valued member of my team, and I wanted to take the opportunity to recognise her contribution and the positive difference she makes in the community. I have also received amazing feedback from parents about her, and her kindness, reliability, and warm presence are greatly appreciated by those who see her each day.

It is always wonderful to see the hard work of people like Andrea acknowledged in this way, and I know she will be very pleased to have been named a finalist.
