Year 11 coping strategies workshop
This week, the wellbeing team joined some year 11 classes to run a coping strategies workshop. The students learned about away and towards strategies and got the chance to try out 6 different towards coping strategies in the lesson, including: mindfulness, using fidgets, connecting with friends, music, scents and being active.
A reminder that the wellbeing lounge is available to students before school, recess and lunch.
