Book Week

What a fantastic morning celebrating Book Week at Swan Hill North PS!

Our students and teachers brought some of their favourite book characters to life for today’s Book Week Character Parade. We loved seeing all the creative costumes, big smiles and excitement as everyone showed off their characters! 

A huge thank you to our families for helping make today so much fun – there were some amazing costumes on display!  We hope everyone enjoyed Book Week.

We had so many wonderful costumes on display that choosing favourites was certainly not an easy job! From much-loved storybook characters to creative and imaginative costumes, our students and teachers went all out.

A special congratulations to our favourite costumes! Your creativity, effort and attention to detail really stood out and helped make our Book Week Character Parade such a memorable celebration.

Well done to everyone who dressed up and brought the magic of books to life at Swan Hill North PS!

Whole School Athletics Carnival

What a fantastic day we had at our Whole School Athletics Carnival! Our students embraced the day with enthusiasm, determination and plenty of school spirit.

It was wonderful to see students encouraging one another, having a go at new events and celebrating each other’s achievements. From sprints and long jump to throws and relays, there were some fantastic efforts across the day.

A big thank you to all our staff who helped make the carnival such a success.  to our parents that atteneded your support with events, organisation and cheering on our students was greatly appreciated.

Most importantly, we loved seeing our students have fun, give things a go and proudly represent their Houses. It was a wonderful day filled with smiles, teamwork and some friendly competition!

Well done to everyone who participated — you should all be very proud of your efforts! 

Spelling Bee - Auslan

We are incredibly proud of our six students who recently represented Swan Hill North Primary School at the Auslan Spelling Bee held at Swan Hill Library.

Our students have been learning and practising the Auslan fingerspelling alphabet and had the wonderful opportunity to put their skills into practice alongside students from other local schools.

The event was a fantastic celebration of communication, inclusion, confidence and Deaf awareness, and our students did an amazing job representing our school.

A huge congratulations to our six students — Milla, Emmett, Amarli, Joseph, Addi Barker and Eli — for getting involved, having a go and proudly showing off their Auslan skills. We are so proud of you! 

Happy Father’s Day!

This Father’s Day, we would like to wish all the amazing dads, stepdads, grandfathers, uncles, carers and special people in our students’ lives a very Happy Father’s Day!

We hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful day filled with love, laughter and special moments together. Father’s Day is a lovely opportunity to celebrate the important people who support, encourage and care for our children each and every day.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Father’s Day celebrations at school. It was wonderful to see our students sharing these special moments with their families and creating memories together.
