Shrove Tuesday Pancakes - Tuesday 17 February

Every year, the PIC serves the children pancakes for Shrove Tuesday. Each class comes to the hall to enjoy their treat. We are looking for helpers for this event. Please email us at picstjohnsheidelberg@gmail.com if you can help out.

We need a few more people on the following dates:

Monday, 16 Feb at 7pm - Help pre-mix batter and set up the school hall ready for the students the next morning.
Tuesday 17 Feb from 8am - Cook and serve pancakes for students as they come through the hall to enjoy their treat with their classes. Clean up after all classes have visited.

Welcome Picnic Friday, 20 February

Please join us for our Welcome Picnic to catch up with families after the summer holidays. This will be a chance to catch up after the holidays and connect as a school.

Bring your own picnic rugs, chairs and dinner.

The Lorri will be there serving up smoothies and acai bowls for purchase. Please note parents are responsible for their children at this event; it is not staffed by the school.

Prep Parents Welcome Night

Prep parents, book your sitters and grab your tickets. This is a great event to get to know your fellow preppie parents over a drink and canapes. There will be lots of finger foods, so no need to eat a big dinner beforehand!

Ticket sales close Monday 23rd February. Don’t miss out! It’s always a very fun evening.

Second-hand Uniform Shop

Thank you very much for all the support for our second-hand uniform shop, whether you donated items or picked up some bargains at the in-person sale.

PIC Events Calendar

Our school is a wonderful community and it’s through many of our events that that community is fostered. However, it also takes a lot of work to put these together, and we need more helpers this year to ensure we can go ahead with future events.
