New - Feel Good Food

Vic Kids Eat Well has partner with Little Food Festival to find Vic kids’ favourite snack or meal to celebrate the joy of “Feel Good Food”.

This is a competition that celebrates school, club and community meals and snacks that matter.

Entries can be:

Equitable and accessible – affordable, seasonal, widely available ingredients

Creative – a clever twist or fun presentation that gets kids involved

Sustainable – celebrating local produce, cultural stories or smart ways to reduce waste

Whether it’s a canteen favourite, a community club lunch, or an after-school bite, we want to showcase meals and snacks that make kids feel good!

Think veggie-packed soups, colourful wraps, frozen fruit smoothies, and garden-grown salads – real-world examples of affordable, nutritious food that works in today’s school and community kitchens.

How to enter?

You can submit a meal or snack idea via the entry form here

You can submit as many entries as you like — each one counts as an entry!

The best “Feel Good Food” entry wins a $300 kitchen voucher with the option to be profiled LIVE on stage at the Little Food Festival in April 2026.

Share your top nutritious snack or meal for kids today!

Entries close 4 March 2026.
