Student Well-being

Wellbeing Corner – Week 6
Happy Week 6 everyone and welcome to our Wellbeing Corner.
We hope the term has been a happy and productive one for your family and that your child/ren have been enjoying and sharing the excitement of their learning journey so far. It has been wonderful to see students engaging positively in their learning and school life.
A Message from the Student Wellbeing Coordinator
Supporting the wellbeing of our students remains a priority within our school community. We recognise that children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and connected, both at school and at home. Below is some information about one of the programs we offer to support students during times of family change.
RAINBOWS Program
This program provides a supportive and safe environment for students who may be experiencing changes within their family. Through guided group activities and discussion, the program supports students to build resilience, confidence, and positive coping strategies while connecting with peers who may be navigating similar experiences.
Expressions of Interest will be distributed to families shortly in relation to the commencement of the next program.
Once you have had an opportunity to read the information provided, if you feel your child/ren may benefit from participating in the program, please complete the Expression of Interest form and return it to the College addressed to me.
If you would prefer to discuss the program before making a decision, please feel free to contact me at the College via email or phone. I would be very happy to answer any questions you may have.
Thank you,
Warm regards,
Mrs Kerry Browne
