Two teams (Years 7-9) competed yesterday in the Ethics Olympiad. This event aims to cultivate virtues central to democratic citizenship and prepare students to navigate complex moral issues in a systematic and open-minded way.
Our teams performed well, competing against a diverse range of Melbourne schools and being judged by University Professors throughout the day. Our team with Xxavier Ballinger, Harrison Caruana, Jaykob Kronsteiner, Aden Norman-Hade and Elijah Thomas secured an honourable mention, along with our team consisting of Porus Gill, Brody Gregg, Fergus Le Grand and Sean Robinson.
