Wilson Day
On Wednesday 10 June, Wilson Day brought plenty of colour, energy and house spirit to the school.
This year’s theme, 'Wear Your Colours' saw students and staff dressed in their favourite sports teams, club jumpers and bright colours.
A highlight of the day was the annual Year Twelve vs Staff volleyball match. The game was highly competitive, with both teams giving it their all. Despite a strong effort from the Year Twelves, the staff continued their winning streak, finishing with a 51–25 victory.
Most importantly, Wilson Day raised an incredible $1,500 for the Albany Youth Support Association (AYSA).
AYSA provides accommodation and support for young people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, helping them develop important life skills and work towards a more stable future.
A huge thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered or got involved. Your support helped make Wilson Day a great success.
