Projects Abroad Online Info Session: Overseas programs for high school students – Tuesday 16 June at 6pm

RSPCA Victoria Animal Attendant Day, Burwood East – Monday 29 June, 9:30am to 3pm

Are you interested in a career with animals?  Come along to experience some of the work undertaken by animal attendants in the animal care industry.  Hear from animal care professionals about what their role involves and the pathway that led them to RSPCA Victoria.  Discover the role you can play in helping RSPCA as a non-government charity.  We will introduce you to the critical roles of volunteers and foster carers and how you can become involved. This program is available to participants aged 13 – 17 years. Find out more and get tickets here.

Whitehouse Institute of Design Fashion Illustration Workshop – Saturday 4 July, 10am to 3pm

In this one-day workshop, you will gain an understanding of how to complete Fashion Illustrations. At the end of this workshop, you will have covered illustration content ready for an application to study a creative degree and receive a certificate of completion. The workshop focuses on the following areas of skill development:

  • Fashion illustration techniques and methods
  • Application of pencils, professional markers, and felt-tip pens for professional rendering
  • Fabric texture and surface rendering
  • Exploring an individual design aesthetic
