PM Excellence Award won by Amy Poole, FN Kimberley (WA)
👓 1.6 minute read
During the 2025 Property Management Conference, Amy Poole of FN Kimberley (Kununurra, WA) was announced the winner of the new PM Excellence Award.
Amy directly manages a portfolio of over 240 residential properties, almost entirely on her own with the support of just one Inspections Officer, one Maintenance Officer, and a single remote VA.
Her ability to manage such a high-volume portfolio while consistently maintaining an exceptionally high standard of service is extraordinary—'unprecedented in my 25+ years in the industry’ says Principal Brad Williams.
In a little over three years since joining the industry—after an 18-year break from the workforce caring for her severely disabled daughter—Amy has far exceeded the expectations of everyone she works with (and often her own), demonstrating what can only be described as a remarkable ability to turn tenants, landlords, contractors, and colleagues into her biggest fans!
Congratulations on behalf of your colleagues and friends throughout the network, Amy.
